Stupid Airsoft embarked on a project to restore a WE Airsoft L85 gas blowback rifle, addressing several issues with Loctite to fix loose parts. They evaluated the rifle's construction, noting its steel and polymer materials, and then highlighted its key features, including the sling mount, magazine release, and adjustable hop-up. 

After a test shoot, they performed a chrono test to measure FPS and an accuracy test, which revealed feeding and full-auto problems. From there, they show the field stripping process, detailing how to separate the upper and lower receivers to inspect the bolt, spring guide, and hop-up unit. In the end, they talk about the rifle's pros and cons and a discussion on whether the restoration was worthwhile.
